Mom of 3 boys that never use to struggle with fitness. I was in the Army at one point so my fitness level was on point. I have found what works for me and I really truly believe that I can help someone else that is struggling. I love food and all things sweet! Learning that I can still have things in moderation has been the best thing ever! I have been married to my husband to 10 years now. We have been through a lot in just those 10 years!
